Have you ever experienced the fear of change? Oh you have? Me too.
Fear is a tool our ego uses to keep us safe, but often times it holds us back. Fear can keep us from trying something new, doing something unknown, and taking any risks. Only in Truth can we see whether or not the fear is justified.
The choices you make today can be very different from the choices you made yesterday. And they can change again tomorrow. Guess what — that is more than okay. Our ego’s build mental structures for how we view and navigate the world. It forms beliefs and thoughts in an attempt to keep us safe. But often the ego’s rules “protect” through earning approval, rather than receiving Love. It does the best it it can, so don’t get down about your past choices, or past conclusions. A significant part of our individual evolution involves having experiences, learning from them, and making adjustments to our choices along the way.
Often steps in the evolution of our consciousness do not look graceful, nor feel comfortable. The courage to examine and reconsider beliefs and fears that stem from egoic conclusions is more than enough. Know that you are safe to innocently explore this life. Without always having any answers.
