Why Are You Butt-Hurt?

What does it mean to be aware? It means you see Truth beyond bullshit lies, misunderstandings, stories, and beliefs you don’t know are running the show.

It means you know:

  • How you got here
  • What’s real, and 
  • What’s not

So, if you like what you’re doing, keep doing it, and if you don’t, now what?

In other words, in awareness, I was able to see that every time I was butt-hurt, feeling abandoned and rejected, there was a the bigger picture and something was coming up for me to heal.

In awareness, I understood that while that person was an asshole to me, my feelings were still mine to deal with. And even though I was feeling abandoned and rejected for the zillionth time, it wasn’t about that person. Obviously they weren’t capable or interested in loving me the way I wanted them to—but more importantly—it wasn’t their job.

Awareness is THE true game changer.

All relationships you have are a reflection of your relationship with yourself. Do you know that when you are looking in the mirror you are looking at your very best friend? You are! 🌟

Today’s challenge:

Pay attention to how you treat yourself.

  1. How do speak to yourself internally? Are you kind and loving?
  2. Do you take care of your needs like drinking enough water, feeding yourself healthy vibrant food and moving or exercising your body?
  3. Take inventory and pay attention. Bring awareness to your actions whether you change them or not. Feel into what’s working and what’s not. Name it.
  4. Rinse and repeat because increased awareness increases the connection and intimacy with yourself you’ve always wanted. Hubba hubba. 🥰

As the time goes on, start making changes that are kinder and more loving.
They don’t have to be big changes. Step by step is more than enough.

Remember you deserve more love not less.
